PURETEE ELUSIVE PRESENTS A NEW SOLO EXHIBITION IN THE FLEET STREET QUARTER

We're excited to share a new solo exhibition at Fleet Studios from Puretee Elusive (Puretee Philip) 'Facing the Room'. From her first solo exhibition ‘Something About Connection’ in 2022 Philips has moved from her storytelling, graffiti narrative to her richly detailed portrait paintings focusing on baconesue torsos, thick brush strokes and rich hues in oil and acrylics all inviting the viewer to explore the depths of human connection and their own personal interaction.

Puretee will also present two live painting classes as part of her 'Facing the Room' solo showing, on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March, 5pm – 8pm. This immersive art experience will provide a greater insight into the artist’s process.

A branch of Puretee’s unique process involves live-painting strangers, capturing the essence of a moment through eye contact, dialogue, and shared energy. Come and experience this whilst surrounded by the pieces of her solo exhibition, showcasing first-hand both the ‘final piece’ and the live and active thoughts involved in its creation! On Wednesday 5 March, 11:30am – 1:30pm, there will also be an fun and creative instructed art class in the space. CATALINAbabs will present a glass painting class using acrylic paints. You can book here.
