Occupying an important gateway into the City of London, Fleet Street Quarter has been undergoing an enormous transformation over recent years: ambitious developments, changing demographics and an increasingly diverse business base make it one of London’s most vibrant areas to live, work and visit.

It is wholly located within the City of London, straddling Fleet Street and extending from St Paul’s Cathedral in the east to the Royal Courts of Justice in the west, and up towards Holborn and Chancery Lane in the north.

The Quarter’s location in the heart of the City means it is easily accessible by public transport too, with Chancery Lane London Underground Station and City Thameslink Rail Station located within the boundary.

We are also served by a number of other tube stations located within close proximity, such as St Paul’s, Blackfriars, Temple, and Farringdon providing a link to the Elizabeth Line, as well as a multitude of bus services.
