Now that it is thought of as a corporate must-have rather than nice to have, proactive advocacy for better inclusion is central to my work. About
Mark is a graduate in English & Drama, and a partially sighted former paralympic skier with over 30 years commercial experience gained in recruitment and executive search. Nurturing a keen interest in helping people to perform to the highest level, he qualified as a Master Practitioner of Business Coaching through Meyler Campbell in 2010 and in 2016 established Chamberlen Consultancy Services, through which he delivers executive coaching and team effectiveness programs.
