• Upstairs at The Rising Sun, 61 Carter Lane, EC4V 5DY
Join February’s Farringdon Ward Club networking drinks, upstairs at The Rising Sun, Carter Lane.
This month’s guest speaker is Chris Fowler. Chris is a director of the UK’s largest train operating company, GTR, and of the national infrastructure owner Network Rail. A graduate of King’s College London where he read War Studies, he has long had a keen interest in the history and workings of the City of London.
Chris will be talking about the future of the UK rail sector as the Labour government seeks to bring 30 years of privatisation to an end over the course of this Parliament. This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new ones and network with others working and living in and around the Fleet Street Quarter.
This event is free to attend, register by emailing info@fleetstreetquarter.co.uk.
