Renewal 2027-32
The 2027 BID Ballot gives businesses within Fleet Street Quarter the opportunity to decide whether the BID should continue delivering services and projects from 2027–2032. This page provides everything you need to understand the ballot process, review the BID Proposal (available from the 8th of October 2026) and find answers.
We encourage all eligible businesses to review the proposals and cast their vote to help shape the future of Fleet Street Quarter.
Through collaboration, support and delivery, the BID has laid the foundations for transformation and positioned Fleet Street Quarter for its next phase of growth as a thriving destination where business, culture and heritage come together.
Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) operate on five-year terms, ensuring they remain accountable to the businesses they represent. At the end of each term an independent ballot is held, giving eligible levy-paying businesses the opportunity to vote on whether the BID should continue for another five years. This democratic process ensures that the BID can only continue with the support of the local business community, providing transparency, accountability and a clear mandate for future investment.
